CHIEF ENGINEER, LNG AND MIDSTREAM TECHNOLOGIES Basingstoke Permanent position - HYBRID WORKING Salary up to £85k, please advise if higher salary sought At Eni, we are looking for a Chief Engineer, LNG and Midstream Technologies within Eni Progetti in Basingstoke, England. You will be responsible for technical and economic feasibility studies undertaken related to midstream plant and gas transportation by EniProgetti for Eni and, where required, third parties. Responsible for overall coordination of these studies and for technical direction of the work undertaken as well as managing these activities consistent with agreed schedule and budget requirements. As a member of the engineering Team at Eni Progetti you will be responsible for Elaborating and the results obtained in common, to support the business in Responsible for the development and maintenance of ‘state of the art’ technical knowledge in the midstream and gas monetization sectors on behalf of Eni. Representing Eni at technical conferences, seminars etc. relating to midstream technologies and gas monetization. Supporting into FEED and EPC projects in the midstream sector and to provide overall guidance as required to company in the PMS of EPC projects. Managing and improving the links between EniProgetti and Eni to ensure full and seamless support to HQ requirements relating to midstream and gas monetization technologies. Supporting R&D activities in assessment, evaluation and development of new technology opportunities relating to midstream and gas monetization. Organizing and undertaking activities supporting the recruitment of staff to the group. Managing resourcing of midstream activities in coordination with the other Chief Engineers and the Head of Process Engineering. Facilitating the development of staff knowledge in EniProgetti and Eni in midstream and gas monetization consistent with business needs. This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements : Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering Certified by a professional institute, chartered engineering with the Institute of Chemical Engineers is preferred. Highly experienced in LNG design and conversant with the main LNG processes, in particular mixed refrigeration technologies such as APCI DMR. Significant experience of operation within a LNG facility would be a major advantage for this position. Experience of working on or monitoring of FEED and EPC projects for LNG and FLNG facilities. Experience of HYSYS simulation of LNG refrigeration systems would be advantageous.
