Job Description As a Care Professional with Home Instead Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne you will be responsible for the ongoing support of your regular clients, ensuring that we are delivering high-quality care in our clients homes and living up to our mission to improve the lives of those giving and receiving care. Your time with your clients will include: Companionship – we always make time for a chat over a cuppa. Help our clients around the house like washing up, laundry and preparing simple meals – encouraging to do together. Support with Personal Care like getting washed and dressed for the morning. Social Calls, appointments, clubs & hobbies Shopping trips and light gardening Prompting & assisting your client with their medication. Care as a Care Professional; The Home Instead Difference. We are offering: Salaried contracts – Great rates of pay, from £22k pro-rata. Typical shift patterns - You are generally a morning or an evening person so you can choose for example first thing to mid-afternoon, or an evening i.e. 5pm – 10pm. We ask you to commit to undertaking 4 weekday shifts, & every other weekend. Opportunity for overtime: Overnights (£110 per night). Just one overnight visit per week an additional £5,000 annually Two nights a week? That's an additional £10,500 annually. Also, extra weekends 8am – 2pm– £110 per weekend/ 5pm – 10pm £132 per weekend. Choose preferred shift times morning – afternoon, afternoon to evening, and weekend only. 20 days paid holiday plus 8 paid bank holidays (pro-rata). Travel paid at 30p per mile, adjusted in-line with inflation, plus local clients to minimise travel / option to cycle to clients.
