Key Responsibilities of the Stores Team Leader:
1. To consistently deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and courteous relationship with the Client.
2. Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve daily operational targets.
3. Delegate tasks and ensure team members deliver to high standards.
4. Provide supplier catalogues and product info for team and client use.
5. Oversee order processing and delivery management.
6. Ensure goods are logged accurately and back orders are released promptly.
7. Confirm deliveries and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
9. Uphold store standards and ensure a clean, organized environment.
10. Attend site meetings to address store issues and drive solutions.
Key Skills:
1. Proven experience as a Team Leader, driving team performance and fostering collaboration.
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage team and client interactions.
4. Excellent IT proficiency, with SAP experience desirable but not essential.
5. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
