RM Recruit are pleased to be working with an excellent not-for-profit organisation based in Chelmsley Wood who are seeking a confident, well-experienced Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis for approximately six weeks, with the potential for the contract to be extended. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general administrative support to the office team.
* Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
* Support the coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Perform data entry and ensure timely completion of reports.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
About You:
* Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Flexible, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements:
* The successful candidate will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check for this role.
