About the Role:
The Manager, Digital Experience Platforms plays a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and user engagement. As an integral member of the Digital Experience team, you will assist in implementing the strategy, development and optimization of our digital platforms, ensuring seamless interaction across various touchpoints. This role requires a solid understanding of digital platforms, user experience principles and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.
How you will make an impact:
* Assist in the strategy and execution of digital experience initiatives across all platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
* Collaborate with UX, design, SEO, marketing, and technology teams to create user-centered digital experiences that align with business needs.
* Monitor and analyze user behavior and performance metrics to support continuous improvement of digital platforms.
* Help establish and enforce best practices and standards for digital content management and user experience design.
* Provide support and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at integrating digital experience initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to facilitate the successful implementation of digital experience solutions.
* Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to innovation within the digital experience framework.
What we look for:
* Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Three (3) years of experience in managing digital experience platforms or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of digital experience platforms (e.g., AEM, Target, Constructor or similar).
* Experience in supporting digital transformation projects and improving user experience.
* Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics.
* Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
* Basic knowledge of user experience principles and best practices for digital content management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
* Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and support decision-making.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
