Site Manager Wanted – Leominster
Job Opportunity
BCS Connect is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a project in Leominster. If you have a background in 278 works, roads, sewers, and drainage for new build housing projects, this could be your next ideal opportunity! This project will be a 2 year freelance based opportunity.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth project delivery
2. Managing essential documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, QA, and client handover documents
3. Chairing site meetings with design teams and subcontractors
4. Managing construction programmes, identifying and addressing any delays
5. Working closely with the subcontractors on site to ensure a smooth delivery.
6. Dealing directly with the main client, resolving work plan issues and pushing the delivery of the project.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with groundworks subcontractors
2. Proven track record managing large new build housing sites
3. Strong background in delivering new build residential schemes
4. Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certification
5. Strong IT skills, familiar with construction software, Word, and email
6. Experience working with main contractors
