This role will suit both experienced TAs who are looking to join our academy and is also be suitable for graduates looking to gain first-hand experience with a view to commencing Teacher Training with us in the future. We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience working with pupils who have a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) or SLCN (Speech, Language & Communication Needs). Successful candidates will work 1:1 with selected students, and also support small groups both in mainstream classes and in the inclusion area via intervention sessions. In addition, you will work closely with teachers to differentiate resources and set and monitor targets.
