The Accommodation, Conferences and Events (ACE) team sits within Residential and Business Services (RBS), and is responsible for the sourcing, selling, and promoting of conference and vacation business and activities that take place at the University of St Andrews.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Manager to join a dynamic team and play an active and vital part in the success of ACE. Responsible for the administration of the events process from initial enquiry or handover from Sales Manager to final billing, establishing client/internal partner working relationships, and close liaison with other team members involved with similar activity.
We are seeking a highly motivated and efficient person with a commitment to excellent customer service and staff development. The role holder should be capable of working in a fast pace and dynamic environment. This role is to cover Maternity Leave, available 12 May – 29 August 2025.

This post will be primarily based at the Eden Campus at Guardbridge, a state-of-the-art working environment for professional services units. There will be a requirement to work in various locations throughout St Andrews whilst events are taking place on-site.
