A leading engineering and infrastructure company seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support major upgrade projects focusing on the delivery and cost management of automation systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial aspects of significant national upgrades, overseeing cost analysis, contract negotiation, and risk management on complex automation projects.
* Conduct cost planning, estimating, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage contracts and financials related to automation systems, including instrumentation, control systems, and related infrastructure.
* Perform risk assessments, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage variations.
* Engage with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction to ensure alignment on budget and project objectives.
* Support project reporting by providing accurate forecasts, cash flow analysis, and financial summaries.
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field; RICS or equivalent certification preferred.
* Minimum of 3-7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the energy, Rail, Civils or automation sectors.
* Demonstrable experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in oil & gas, power generation, or utilities.
Package
* Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum
* Monday to Thursday, Friday early finish
