Workman's Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded housing association at the forefront of housing and support services for vulnerable adults. You will play a key role in the support and resettlement of people, covering a wide variety of tasks that contribute to fixing broken lives.
They are searching for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to deal calmly with people who may present with challenging behaviour. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have a Full UK Driving License and Own Vehicle.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Prepare correspondence addressing issues such as access, delays, changes/additions to works, and resolving resident concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, property conditions, and any actions taken.
* Handle residents' questions and complaints through email, phone, or home visits.
* Undertake basic property maintenance inspections ensuring health and safety guidelines are being followed.
* Build strong relationships with residents to ensure satisfaction.
* Be available for out-of-hours work on a rota basis.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Be able to sympathise with residents and their concerns
* Flexible to accommodate the needs of the residents
* Confident and calm communicator within a face-to-face environment
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
* Basic IT knowledge
Package & Salary:
* £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
* Mileage Paid – 45p per mile
* 28 Days Holiday (increasing to 33 after one years’ service)

* Monday to Friday
* 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
