Business Development Manager - PaisleyReporting to the Team Leader Account Management you will drive upselling and business development within an existing client base working towards Enva’s key objectives & strategies for growth. Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake the role of Account Manager within the team focusing on an existing client base whilst developing relationships with inbound enquiries.Deliver the strategy of added value to accounts within the portfolio.Work closely with other departments within Enva to improve the delivery of our key objectives.Build relationships with key accounts.First point of escalation for customer issues and be a key interface between the customer and EnvaOperations for service development and issue resolutionConduct periodic customer service review meetings.Review customer management information for presentation both internally and externally to ensure consistency and quality of output.Monitor and report on increases/decreases in revenue and profitability for key accounts.Maintain a strong focus on health and safety.Ensure you are a safety champion to promote a positive safety culture throughout the business.Drive growth within the Specialist Scotland core business.Ensure best in class customer service, with a right first-time approach.Ensure good communication is always maintained.Proactively address at risk customers ensuring that customer needs are met whilst maintaining an agreed level of profitability (including accounts whose revenue may be shrinking and accounts where contract price is no longer competitive).Implement a robust retention strategy and manage key account contract renewals.Record all comms to customers including proposals and quotations on the Enva CRM system.This is not an exhaustive list.
