Internal Sales Key Responsibilities: Actively seek new business opportunities through various channels and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Develop a robust sales pipeline to maximise potential opportunities. Schedule appointments for the Managing Director with prospective clients. Handle any queries related to HM Customs. Enter collections and deliveries into our in-house systems. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone. Provide support to the Office Manager with administrative tasks as needed. Internal Sales Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in sales or business development. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships. Confident and articulate in communication over the phone. Strong administrative abilities.
