Horizons College is an innovative and inclusive independent specialist provision for young people aged 16-25 with learning difficulties and/or complex needs. Having opened our brand new college campus at the Interface Business Park in Royal Wootton Bassett in September 2022, the college was graded as Good by Ofsted in the most recent inspection (March 2024).
We are looking for an ambitious Quality and Training Manager to work together with the SLT to manage and further develop the quality assurance processes and the culture of continuous improvement for the college.
The ideal candidate will have a successful background in catering, good supervisory experience, a real passion for food and customer service, and will work closely with the Catering Tutor to support the delivery of training to our learners, as well as planning and preparing food to the required standards daily.
