As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Step in to oversee subject-area classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring continuity in learning and providing support to students as needed.
* Assist students with their assignments, maintain discipline, and create a positive learning environment where students feel respected and supported
* Work closely with fellow staff members. ensuring availability of neccesary materials for lessons
* Sharing observations and insights to ensure the needs of all students are met
* Assist students with inquiries and provide necessary support as needed
* Adhere to scheduled duties in compliance with school regulations
Requirements:
* Being eligible to work legally in the UK
* Having an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or being willing to apply for a new one;
* Being dedicated to child safety
* Having good behavior management abilities.
