Join Our Team: Resourcing Business at Sure Maintenance. Sure Maintenance have an opportunity for a driven and professional Resourcing Business Partner. The Resourcing Business Partner, will be based from our Liverpool office, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. The Resourcing Business Partner will be the resourcing subject matter expert, partnering with Hiring Community to ensure we provide a robust, effective and quality hiring processes for a wide variety of roles, including front line operational, engineering and corporate functions vacancies. Responsibilities In collaboration with the People team to understand all vacancy requirements, new business opportunities, succession plans to form a view of headcount/role/skills requirements for the respective business. Manage the full end to end recruitment life cycle through; vacancy briefings, advertising and sourcing, screening, booking interviews, arranging assessments (attending when required) and management of the offer process and candidate feedback, within a timely manner to support reduction in time to hire/offer acceptance. Assist and provide support to the hiring managers through vacancy briefs on a range of recruitment best practice, such as sourcing candidates using direct sourcing methods e.g. Indeed, Total Jobs, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing methods that are relevant to the role being advertised to support fair and inclusive recruitment methods, and to drive a reduction in recruitment agency costs. Building and developing a talent pipeline pool to ensure skilled candidates are available for key roles within the businesses. Work in collaboration with hiring managers and the wider HR team to ensure all recruitment practices are understood and being managed in line with policy and process, including upskilling hiring managers on the process. Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications Essential Previous agency or in-house recruitment experience, with the blue collar and office-based environment experience. A passion for direct resourcing and able to headhunt effectively using innovative methods and where appropriate utilise the various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn. Previous experience working with an ATS. Proven track record of successfully delivering high volume recruitment campaigns, including supporting Apprentices and Graduate recruitment across complex organisations. Proficient in writing engaging job adverts. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to be able to build credible working relationships. Understanding of data and analytics with the ability to explain return of investment for resourcing within the business. Desirable: Previous experience recruiting within Gas Engineering, or the Construction Industry. Strong commercial acumen along with financial awareness of managing a budget. Experience of managing a Resourcing team. Up to date employment law in relation to recruitment practices.
