Westwoods Health Club, an independent award-winning Health Club located in central Edinburgh, is now recruiting for a part-time Receptionist/Brasserie Assistant.
Candidates will be offered regular weekly shifts from Monday to Friday in addition to a weekend shift every second week, plus the opportunity to cover shifts during busy periods, staff holidays, and staff sickness.
This role would be ideal for a student looking for part-time work throughout their studies or for a candidate passionate about fitness and wellbeing.
As the face of the company, the successful candidate must be very customer-focused and have the ability to assist our members with their diverse needs. The successful candidate must be PC literate, speak fluent English, be highly organized, and above all else, be passionate about customer service and our member experience. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of a sales process as they will be required to assist the Sales Manager in dealing with incoming sales inquiries.
