With a group turnover exceeding £100 million and an ambitious five-year growth plan, Dennison Commercials is seeking a commercially astute Finance Director to play a pivotal role in driving expansion into new geographies. The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader with a proven track record in M&A, business integration, and supporting business transformation. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the companys general finance and reporting processes across the Group Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys goals Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Oversee the preparation of financial statements, monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts Conduct detailed financial analysis to drive continuous improvement Monitor and manage cash flow (liquidity planning and management) Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements Timely identification of deviations from targets and developing associated action plans Treasury matters Evaluation of Capital Expenditure proposals Insurance & Risk Management in liaison with external parties Build strong professional relationships with our bank and other providers of finance Preparation & presentation of financial reports to Senior Management Team and Board of Directors Ensure compliance with all taxation deadlines, maintaining strong professional relationships with auditors and other external stakeholders oversee management of the audit process Evaluate ad hoc business proposals and perform investment analyses to support decision-making Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations and legislation What do we look for?
