We are looking for an enthusiastic family worker in the WEST locality. You will be based in Bridport but covering the surrounding towns and villages including Lyme Regis and Beaminster. We need someone who is energetic and a quick learner to join the existing team. You will be supporting our family help team in the West locality, which will involve direct work with children and their families; creating, supporting and contributing to multi-agency plans and interventions to improve outcomes and life chances for children and young people in Dorset. This is an exciting opportunity to work for the locality team and support families in West Dorset. You will be working with a supportive team who have a wealth of knowledge and skills that you will be able to learn from.
