This is an exciting role joining a friendly, supportive and ambitious domiciliary care company. The successful candidate will ensure that all our care team are provided with the training and support they need throughout their employment. The Training Coordinator will be supported by the Operations Manager and work in conjunction with the team of other Care Coordinators to ensure that Butterfly Care provide an outstanding service to our clients and be a wonderful place to work.
Main Responsibilities
* Training delivery
* E-learning management
* Care certificate management
* Induction booking
* Allocation and sourcing of external training courses
* Coordinate care staff supervisions e.g. spot checks, observations, one to ones and appraisals.
* Support with on boarding new employees.
* Ensure the wellbeing of new employees.
* Creation of staff based digital content for training and marketing purposes.
Other Duties
* Care package assessments
* Care package reviews
* PPE ordering
* Uniform ordering
* On call duties (as rostered and paid extra)
Qualifications and Experience Required
* NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in health and social care
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Experience with writing care plans
* Experience supporting staff/leading teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
