As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to various administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and databases. Work with the finance team for record keeping and invoicing, payroll. Utilise MS Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support the team with clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and organising documents. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Aid in the management of office supplies and inventory. Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required. Skills Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Competent typing skills for efficient documentation. Experience in an office environment is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
