5. Proactively reach out to inactive customers and onboard new business.
This role is vital to our business as it helps us to keep our most important customers happy and generates more opportunities for us to leverage more business from them.
As our Key Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in client retention and revenue growth.
The Position Involves:
1. Working with your named accounts to identify their most significant challenges and opportunities.
2. Using both traditional and creative techniques to develop relationships with customer stakeholders (including attending events and trade shows, networking both face to face and via social media, getting warm introductions, etc.).
3. Keeping track of your accounts' satisfaction and reporting on their status to the organisation.
4. Serving as the internal representative for your accounts.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Collaborative, fast-moving, and comfortable with change.
2. Excited to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
3. Ability to assess account needs and identify gaps.
4. B2B Sales/Account Management experience (bonus points if you have led a cross-functional team).

6. Keen negotiator.
7. Able to build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders.
8. Basic management and financial knowledge.
9. Know your way around a KPI dashboard.
10. IT literate with experience of Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn new systems.
11. Thirst for knowledge of market trends/intel.
