We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator on a part time basis. This position is based in Retford, on an ongoing temporary basis covering 2 days a week with 1 day office based.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing purchase invoices
2. Raising and matching purchase orders
3. Gaining authorisation for processing payments
4. Dealing with inbox queries
5. Allocating payments
6. General administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
1. Previous experience within an accounts payable function
2. Good attention to detail
3. Strong communication skills at all levels
4. IT literate with a good working knowledge of excel
5. Able to manage own workload
