Description Coordinate the import process for a range of goods across multiple suppliers and countries. Effectively communicate with external stakeholders including suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials. Ensure compliance with all necessary import regulations and procedures. Work closely with the Secretarial & Business Support team to manage documentation and reporting. Resolve any issues or delays in the import process promptly and efficiently. Monitor and report on import performance, identifying any areas for improvement. Support the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
