Our clients expert team works with many housing providers and public sector organisations across the England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. THE ROLE Assist with the organisation and completion of administration workload for self and the team. Provide administrative support across the team where necessary. Prepare/create a range of documents in line with the organisation’s suite of templates and paperwork. Update it systems and in-house databases across the organisation where appropriate. Actively manage all generic e-mail accounts alongside the Head of Operations. Arrange and attend meetings/events as appropriate including organising venues, amenities, agendas, distribution of paperwork, minute taking and coordinate action planning activities arising from these. Represent client in a professional and knowledgeable manner to all stakeholders, members, and potential members displaying a full understanding of the business. Complete general administration/clerical duties i.e. manage incoming and outgoing post, responding to e-mail queries, taking telephone calls/messages and distributing etc. THE PERSON Has a proven track record of delivering excellent administrative support to an office environment and staff including. Admin support. Maintenance of electronic filing and preparation of meeting documentation. Managing correspondence and dealing with external enquiries. Scheduling meetings, providing full support to meeting organiser both pre and post meeting. Skills: Excellent planning and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to speak articulately and confidently. Flexible, resourceful and efficient. The ability to manage workload and prioritise task requests. Advanced Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
