Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals within your area. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure team members are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving individual and collective targets.
2. Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets within your area by analyzing market trends, identifying key customer segments, developing sales strategies, and actively participating in high-level sales activities such as negotiations and key account management.
3. Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends within your area to identify opportunities, mitigate threats, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, developers, and other stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Prepare regular reports for senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Implement best practices and conduct regular audits.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven track record of sales success, preferably in property portals or other online portals.
2. Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow clients over the medium and long-term.
3. Outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to metrics effectively.
5. Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
6. A consultative selling style with account management techniques.
7. Ability to navigate a large organization and identify decision-makers and influencers.
