Join the team as a Me Global Marketing Director and you won’t either. The Me Global Marketing Director will build, scale and optimize Convatec’s me patient program and capabilities across the FISBE markets to provide quantifyable value to both HCP and consumers. This role will partner closely with regional marketing and sales teams to efficiently scale the me program across the globe. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • The Global Marketing Leader for Convatec’s me patient program is responsible to globally scale the me program in a highly effective, efficient, and consistent manner. The me program is at a new stage of its lifecycle that requires a strong, global commercial leader to scale growth globally. • This leader will work closely with the regional marketing and sales teams to execute the program around the world, understanding that the maturity of the program varies in different countries and the regulatory legislation regarding what services the patient program’s ecosystem may include varies. • This leader and their team are the global advocates to ensure corporate branding, IT infrastructure are designed in ways that are both globally scalable while providing some ability for regionalization. • This leader and their team will develop marketing and sales programs to make it easy for regional team to implement the me program, directly and also thru local service providers /distributors. • As the overall commercial owner for the me program, this leader is the cross-functional champion of the me program working closely with their peers in R&D, IT and regulatory to continually improve and modernize the program to ensure a differentiated, highly value experience for the HCPs and consumers that use the program around the world. • The me program is core to Convatec’s go to market strategy and elevates our offering to HCPs and consumers to be end to end solutions that facilitate the transition from new to confident. QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: • Bachelor’s degree • 15 years successfully marketing and selling the value of end-to-end solutions. • A mix of sales and marketing experience thru both direct and distributors is highly valued. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Provide leadership and vision on how to grow and scale the me program for all Convatec solution offering across the globe in a way that is highly valued by HCPs and consumers while also balancing the need for global consistency and efficiency. • Partners with regional sales and marketing team to design a phased approach to build and continually improve the me program. • Acts as a subject matter expert to aid regional teams’ implementation. • Build and implement highly effectively campaigns and program enhancements to expand utilization of the me program across the globe. • Leverages best practices and learnings to meet regional commercial teams where they are today and help them to implement the me program in a modular, measured way. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • The position may involve travel up to 35% of the time, mostly within North America and Europe but overseas travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel WORKING CONDITIONS: • Hybrid working –2 to 3 days per week in the office driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working. • Preference for proximity to London or Lexington, MA offices.
