Design and sell private hire event packages for corporate and private clients.
Develop and promote ticketed events, such as magic shows, sensory sessions, and adult-only evenings.
Spearhead educational sales by expanding school partnerships and creating tailored programs.
Leverage data and CRM tools to optimize sales strategies, track performance, and exceed revenue targets.
Create a sales and events calendar that drives engagement and opens new revenue streams.
Generate and convert leads through targeted campaigns and proactive outreach.
Build strong partnerships with schools, corporates, and event platforms to maximize bookings.
Ensure financial targets are met by managing event budgets, profitability, and reporting.
Minimum 3 years of venue/event sales and event management experience.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Klaviyo, or similar) and data analysis.
