Due to continued success our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team of Accountants and to provide financial support and advice to senior stakeholders.
Duties will include:
* Management and development of team; ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver work to a high standard
* Oversee production of the month and year-end management accounts
* Oversee the annual budget process
* Direct involvement in the monthly forecasting process and 5-year business planning
* Oversee implementation of the finance dashboards
* Ownership of financial reporting and FP&A processes
* Review and improve the FP&A processes – month-end, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
* Involvement in various projects and initiatives, and ad-hoc reports and tasks as required
The successful candidate:
* Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
* An experienced people manager
* Ability to manage large workloads and be comfortable manipulating a large volume of data
* Proven record in overseeing financial processes
* Financial modelling experience is desirable
* The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ideally Power BI
