What You Bring: In-depth knowledge of IT, cloud, and user device technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Windows, O365, VMware, Citrix). Experience with patching solutions such as Ivanti or similar tools. Familiarity with backup and data protection solutions (e.g., VEEAM, Zerto). Strong background in proactive maintenance and event management within a monitoring or engineering environment. Excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure maintenance plans for Microsoft Azure and Windows environments. Oversee backup validation, data protection, and manage disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing. Perform access control checks for both Azure and on-premise Active Directory. Ensure systems are monitored for capacity, availability, and stay up-to-date with OS patching and upgrades. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and consistent client experiences. Develop and refine standard operating procedures while contributing to cloud platform roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications: A bachelors degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or VMware Certified Professional.
