Contracts Administrator
Newcastle Upon Tyne
A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Fire & Security firm, serving a diverse range of customers across Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites. Our client is eager to welcome an experienced Contracts Administrator.
Full Time | Office based 8.30am-5pm
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with invoicing of jobs, ensuring accuracy
* Cost engineer calls in line with submitted paperwork
* Check invoices where required
* Quality check engineer reports and ensure work completion is compliant
* Upload check paperwork on client portals and update job status
* Assist with other admin duties as needed
Knowledge and Experience
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills
* Experience in quality checking
* Knowledge of CRMS
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
