The iOS Lead is responsible for leading the iOS engineering team, driving technical excellence, and delivering high-quality iOS applications. This is a hands-on role that requires active participation in coding while also leading the team and engaging in key sprint meetings. Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor the iOS team, manage daily operations, and foster a collaborative environment.
Development Process & Quality Assurance : Oversee CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
