We're looking for a Regulation Compliance Manager to lead and drive regulatory excellence at E.ON Next. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our business stays compliant, consistent, and clear in a fast-moving regulatory environment. You'll provide expert advice across the organisation, manage our Regulatory Compliance Team, and work closely with the Chief of Staff to deliver trusted, customer-focused outcomes. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing Provide expert regulatory advice across E.ON Next, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance in guidance and operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as Ofgem, DESNZ, Energy UK, and Citizens Advice. Promote regulatory awareness internally, supporting a culture of compliance through education and collaboration. Monitor, interpret, and respond to regulatory developments, consultations, RFIs, and complex policy drafts. Oversee compliance across policies, processes, and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards. Collaborate across all functions and with the Chief of Staff team to proactively resolve compliance issues and support fair customer treatment. Are we the perfect match? It would be great if you had Experience in a regulated industry, ideally energy or utilities. Familiarity with UK regulatory frameworks and policy environments. Background in compliance, legal, policy, or risk functions. Proven ability to engage with regulators or government stakeholders. Relevant professional qualifications or industry certifications.
