This post offers the opportunity to participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota, which can potentially boost earnings by approximately £10k per annum, based on one week out of a four-week rota. Participation is optional and not mandatory. About the role We are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our repairs and maintenance team in Eastbourne/Lewes. Working with home first on a variety of residential works, working in occupied, void properties and communal areas, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service. As a multi-skilled operative carrying a broad range of property repairs, the role typically involves a variety of tasks extending from changing a lock, right up to extensive kitchen and bathroom alterations. Key Criteria; Installation Expertise Previous experience in plumbing and tiling Ability to work at heights Maintenance and Repairs Quality Assurance Good Communication Skills Knowledge of Health and Safety All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
