About the Role:
To drive the Strategic People Change agenda across the Corporate Functions for the next 12 months, working alongside the HRD for Corporate Centre. Support senior leaders in building the capability of the organization to achieve short-term business performance targets and the longer-term strategy. Create sustainable value through People Change programmes focused on transformational and cultural change.
The role holder will be expected to act autonomously and make decisions to deliver business success with limited direct involvement from the HR Director Corporate Functions.

• Change management, able to act as a change agent to deliver people change and transformation programmes and support stakeholders in managing change.
• Deep understanding of the business and commercial challenges and future business strategy and how these impact on the customer.
• Independent minded; able to champion the organization view with stakeholders.
• Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills.
