We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate Band 5 Community Nurses to join our friendly and welcoming Community Nursing team based in Gravesend, North Kent to help us to continue to change things for the better.

Gravesham Community Hospital is located a short distance from St Georges Shopping Centre and is surrounded by well-known food establishments and local coffee shops making it an ideal location to be based from.
This is a full time ( hours per week)and a part time (30 hours per week) opportunity. The community nursing team works across 7 days per week
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
Main duties of the job
This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1stlevel registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that you should have strong communication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.

As a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse you'll be part of our valued team based in Gravesend, North Kent (Garden City Team)

If you are a community nurse with NMC/1stlevel registration wed love to talk to you about having you join the team.
