Our friendly Investment Administration team need some extra help. If you have great attention to detail, and pride yourself on your admin and customer service skills, then we’d love to hear from you.
Where do you fit in?
You’ll be processing payments and setting up ISA subscriptions, responding to calls and emails and actioning requests made by our Investment Managers. Responsible for keeping our records up to date and accurate, you’ll record any changes that were notified of. You’ll be setting up new client accounts, so accuracy is essential.
With lots to learn and training on offer, you’ll play a vital part in our team, ensuring that our clients receive a great service.

What do you need to be successful?
* Admin experience, accuracy and attention to detail are all a must. (If you’ve worked within an FCA regulated company that would be great, but if not we’re happy to train you.)
* Friendly and helpful, you’ll have excellent communication and people skills, a high degree of literacy and numeracy, and be confident with IT.
* The drive to make an impact in a growing organisation. You’ll use your initiative but also won’t be afraid to ask questions. Your contribution will ensure the success of both your team and our business.
We work 8.30am 5pm, Monday to Friday from our offices in central Exeter.
Following the successful completion of your training period, hybrid working is available.
