IT and Patient Communications Assistant
25 hours per week
£11.75 per hour
Job Summary
We currently have an exciting opportunity within the practice for an IT and Patient Communications Assistant. The role will form part of our administration team and will work cross-functionally supporting various teams within the practice. This role will suit a motivated and creative administrator, who has experience of communicating with members of the public through various communication channels.
Main Duties of the Job
This role will include supporting with patient communications through various channels and coordinating patient feedback and complaints. The role will also support with the IT provision within the practice, including coordinating responses to IT issues using the appropriate helpdesk or contact.
