At Ruby, you will not be bored, because you:
1. Are the lead behind the sales strategy for multiple locations in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.
2. Develop, train, and motivate your local sales team and participate in recruiting new sales colleagues in your region.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and business partners to ensure long-term loyalty.
4. Act as the ultimate Ruby ambassador, qualifying and categorizing potential clients and partners in existing and new markets.
5. Prepare market entry for new Ruby locations based on market analyses and strategic announcements within your professional network.
6. Analyze and develop the regional sales strategy, elevating the sales team on-site through agile project management.
7. Manage assigned markets, hotels, and team members, pushing market share with new target groups and leads.
8. Spread the Ruby spirit at international fairs and sales trips and participate in contract negotiations with new clients.
9. Work closely with other sales teams across Europe to promote cross-selling.
