Throughout the discovery and shaping phases, the Regional Services team provides ongoing updates to the Program Management Office, ensuring that your project stays on track and aligned with your business needs How you will make an impact in this role? Empowers product teams through the introduction, management, and administration of efficient tools and processes that support Legal Entity initiatives Designs and establishes business processes to enable product success. Creates and maintains documentation and supporting material to ensure the efficient operations of the product teams. Maintains unified product domain backlogs and roadmaps and tracks initiatives across Product teams to meet timelines and identify risks and dependencies. Leads the product governance process to ensure products meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders. May manage audit, compliance, data security and privacy, public relations and other governance activities for product teams. Key Responsibilities Champion efforts to build and implement process improvement, develop toolkits/resources, and reengineer activities across Product teams to help increase agility and speed to market. Assisting in end-to-end internal management for the launch of new products, features/functionality, and various membership pilots/experiences. Conducts analyses and reporting in support of effective operations of and planning activities for digital product management and/or special projects/initiatives. Proposes initial design or improvement of business processes to support Legal Entity initiatives. Independently applies established processes and precedents to capture, coordinate and review operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or presentations. Minimum qualifications: Experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Operational Risk & Legal Entity, ideally in more than one of these disciplines. Experience in business process improvement, control design and development of control and process testing. Knowledge of issuer products and processes Demonstrated ability to partner with a broad network of colleagues to drive effective issue identification and resolution across the three lines of defense. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams and build effective working relationships. Strong communicator, with experience of engaging with senior management.
