Alma Personnel are proud to announce that they are working very closely with their Birmingham based client to recruit for an experienced Administrator/Secretary to be based out of their offices. Working Monday to to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, you will be required for carry out a variety of duties, keeping you busy on a daily basis. As well as taking incoming calls and dealing with any enquiries that come in you will also have the opportunity to liaise with clients and managing any calls and messages that come in. Carry out invoicing duties and purchase ledger and work very closely with your team member and work as a team. Ensuring all literature is kept up to date and accurate utilising the in-house computer system. Training will also be provided going forward on the company's services and product, so must be keen to learn and progress. There is an opportunity to earn a bonus within your department based on performance.
