Job Description:
The APS team is an industry-leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The APS Operation team is seeking a Project Manager with project management and technical skills to help support the growth and development of our internal program's operational tools, which include:
1. SharePoint: Internal team sites to manage team communications and documentation
2. SMaRT: staff management automation and reporting tool
Responsibilities:
* Meet with APS stakeholders, understand their needs, and document them in a requirement repository.
* Liaison between APS business stakeholders and technical stakeholders.
* Engage and manage the stakeholders, processes, and technology that will accomplish the objectives of the project and operational processes.
* Identify and design innovative solutions using SQL and Microsoft Power Platform.
* Develop and manage the timeline of projects, forecast time and budget spend, and resource allocation.
* Partner with and assist the development team during the development and testing phases: unit, functional, and user acceptance.
* Develop and publish a communication plan for the project's deployment.
* Educate stakeholders on deployment and its plan.
* Develop and maintain training and user documentation.
* Create and communicate status updates to appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 6+ years working in the same functional area on 3 or more concurrent projects.
* Experience managing 2 or more projects concurrently in different phases.
* Able to document the output of stakeholder interactions in written and flow diagrams.
* Ability to think through the logical unit of work and conduct a complete impact analysis.
* Able to develop good working relationships between all stakeholders.
* Highly skilled in relational databases.
* Working knowledge of VISIO.
* Hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
* Experience with Agile projects and methodology.
* Excellent communication skills: able to take disparate information and present it in a complete, accurate, and concise manner.

* Proven ability to concurrently manage projects and daily support.
* Document new requirements or operational issues by conducting discussions with AbbVie Patient Services (APS) stakeholders and document their needs in flow diagrams or other requirements gathering documentation.

* Highly skilled in relational databases, ER diagrams, and SQL.
* Hands-on knowledge and experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
