Sales Co-coordinator
Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Manufacturing client for a Customer Service Co-coordinator to join Manufacturing Companies after sales team.
Pay: £29k - £32k salary
Location: Mid Suffolk
Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure needs are being met
2. Process customer enquiries via phone or email
3. Own the end-to-end sales process for spares, which includes liaising with customers and suppliers.
4. Company Products Training
5. Request quotes from suppliers and processing purchases to the best price and quality
6. Produce quotations and following them up in a timely fashion.
7. Convert Enquiries to sales order
8. Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment and continuous improvement activities
9. Actively promote spares sales for all contracts
10. Issuing priced recommended critical spares list for all new and recent contracts
11. Entering data into the MRP system
What we're looking for:
1. Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
2. Confident verbal and written communications skills
3. Interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
5. IT Skills - must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems
6. Ability to work independently and as part of team
7. Organised with exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines
8. Positive attitude and the desire to learn
