Sales Administrator
Our established and well-known manufacturing client is looking for a full time, permanent experienced sales administrator, to join and strengthening the team, helping the business to drive forward.
As a sales support administrator, you will be providing administrative support to a sales department or team. Your job duties include answering phones, scheduling meetings and arranging travel for the sales team, following up with clients about orders and delivery, and checking invoices.
This role combines responsibilities and competencies from both sales and administrative work. Sales administrators can talk to customers over the phone, take orders and answer questions. You will also manage paperwork, maintain customer records and produce reports, whilst offering after-sales support to customers.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience as a sales administrator
• Computer literate
• Advanced Word and Excel
• Comfortable with discussing products with customers
• Organised
• Accurate
• Ability to think quickly on own initiative
Hours
9-5pm or 8.30/4.30pm
Salary
Circa £28,000 per annum D.O.E
