We're looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Kier Places team based in Rushden. Location : Rushden, Northamptonshire What will you be responsible for? As a Facilities Coordinator, you'll be working within the Kier places team, supporting them in r planning, coordinating, and administering the day-to-day business & finance activities of the estate, to ensure smooth running of the FM Operation.. Your day to day will include: Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking work, schedules, costs and other contract related outputs Responsible for all Oracle Activities and being the exception handler for the project Submitting monthly application for Payment & raising monthly invoice Maintain time sheet records for the team Ensuring accurate fixed and variable cost records are maintained What are we looking for?
