Paying up to £28k (pro rata for 35 hrs p/w) Based in Rochdale, our client is a highly successful manufacturing business that are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller to join their busy finance team.
This is a hybrid permanent job opportunity working 4 days per week in the office, and 1 day from home.
THE JOB
Reporting to the Senior Credit Controller, as Accounts Receivable Assistant / Credit Controller your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and resolving queries for a number of large retail accounts
* General account query resolution and payment chasing
* Managing inbound customer account related correspondence
* Posting and allocating payments received
This job opportunity will also cover their busy front of house reception every Friday and during the Receptionist’s holidays.
As Receptionist your duties will include:
* Answering phone calls
* Welcoming visitors
* Dealing with both incoming and outgoing mail
* Maintaining the meeting rooms and ensuring the meetings calendar is up to date
