* Monday to Thursday: 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am
* Friday: 6am–1pm, 1pm–8pm, 8pm–3am

Your role will be to support our operations through the safe and efficient use of a range of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift. This role is responsible for operating an automated palletisation system and performing a variety of warehouse tasks to ensure a smooth supply of products to our customers.
Key duties include unloading and putting away inbound deliveries, loading outbound goods, completing system and delivery documentation, and maintaining accurate pallet tracking. You’ll also be responsible for the general operation and basic maintenance (CIL) of the automated palletising equipment, including clearing blockages and reporting defects. Occasional use of a scissor lift may be required.
The role involves regular cleaning tasks in line with site schedules, as well as safety checks such as MHE inspections, risk assessments, and 6S audits to maintain a high standard of safety and organisation in the workplace.

What will you be doing?
* Operate a range of MHE to unload and store inbound materials and load outbound goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling at all times.
* Run and maintain an automated palletisation system, including routine cleaning, inspection, and resolving minor blockages or faults.
* Complete delivery and dispatch paperwork, and carry out relevant system tasks using Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Autostore/JDE).
* Ensure accurate pallet management, including tracking, counting, and supplying production with required pallets.
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, performing regular cleaning tasks, equipment checks, and participating in 6S and safety audits.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Licences – essential for operating a range of MHE.
* Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of goods in/out and stock handling processes.
* Hands-on experience operating machinery, ideally including automated palletisation systems.
* Good IT skills, with the ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Autostore/JDE) and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong awareness of health & safety standards, including conducting equipment checks and adhering to site safety procedures.
