Customer Service Coordinator / Full Time On-site Dartford / Permanent / £26,000
My client, a leader in luxury products for high spec interiors, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on a full-time basis. Within this role, you will offer after-sales support and assist with orders whilst in process. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you should ensure any technical issues are resolved and rectified, whilst keeping the customer up to date throughout the process.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Be the main point of contact for customers in relation to order queries.
2. Always provide exceptional levels of customer service.
3. Process purchase orders and ensure invoices are correctly inputted into the system.
4. Ensure stock levels are maintained and kept up to date.
5. Communicate with relevant teams, merchants, and suppliers.
6. Advise clients on product information and recommend alternate products where possible.
7. Build long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure returned business.
Essential Skills:
1. Previous experience in customer service, ideally from a phone-based role.
2. Excellent customer service skills in any situation.
3. Relevant product knowledge would be desirable; the ability to pick up knowledge quickly is essential.
4. Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. The ability to work to tight deadlines.
6. Previous experience with Salesforce and Sage – Desirable.
Package:
1. £26,000 basic salary.
