Job Description
Stirling Council is recruiting a team member to join their Culture and Events team at Tolbooth and The Albert Halls Stirling. Tolbooth and The Albert Halls are the home of live music, the arts and events in Stirling, and they are looking for someone with a passion for live events to join our box office team and help to deliver the best possible experiences for our customers.
The Box Office is a front-of-house position and the post holder will be responsible for providing a warm welcome for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. They will provide up-to-date information about our venues and events, facilitating and maximising ticket sales, report generation and sales monitoring. They will help to ensure the smooth operation of the Culture team's venues and events.
Essential Requirements
1. Experience in administration with experience and knowledge of using computers and office systems
2. Experience of cash handling with demonstrable experience of working with customers and delivering high standards of customer service
3. Ability to work with a wide range of members of the public, client and user groups with an appreciation of the arts and culture
