Job Overview: The Field Marketing Specialist will play a key role in growing brand awareness and demand generation by managing and executing our presence at tradeshows, partner and customer events, webinars and virtual events. This position requires a dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of planning and implementing field marketing initiatives to support sales teams and drive business growth. The Field Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, corporate marketing, and product, to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Event Planning and Execution: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product demonstrations in Europe, North America, and APAC. Manage budgets, contracts, shipping and logistics, travel and hotel coordination, collateral and other booth materials, lead collection, and on-site setup and teardown. Identify and secure speaking opportunities. Identify and recommend event promotion and sponsorship opportunities. Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation at all events. Campaign Execution: Plan and implement regional marketing campaigns to support lead generation and customer engagement. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Develop localized marketing materials and communications tailored to specific markets. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify regional trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences. Analyze the performance of field marketing activities and provide insights to improve future campaigns. Track and report on KPIs such as event attendance, lead generation, and ROI. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and local influencers. Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency. Act as the marketing liaison to the regional sales teams, providing them with the tools and support needed for success. Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the company is represented professionally and consistently in the field. Educate customers and partners on product benefits and industry trends through presentations, workshops, and networking events. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A creative mindset with a passion for engaging customers and delivering memorable experiences. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences. 35-45% of time spent at our Gateshead office. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including weekends and evenings, as needed for events. Bonus Points for: Previous experience in B2B marketing or technology industries. Knowledge of local/regional marketing best practices. Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
