Heading up sales for our Cambridge property comprising Turing Locke and Hyatt Centric Cambridge, you’ll set the sales strategy and take responsibility for sales targets at all assigned properties, leading a team to help you smash them. Reporting to the edyn Regional Director of Sales, you’ll support your local team, nurture existing and foster new client relationships to drive revenue and increase loyalty and referrals. The role; Devising and owning the sales strategy for Turing Locke and Hyatt Centric Cambridge Overseeing the individual sales plan for the property Working with Edyn and Hyatt central sales teams to maximise revenue from centrally managed accounts Working with Hyatt central sales to identify new accounts and revenue streams. Growing, coaching and motivating your sales team covering multiple target markets to meet and exceed targets Nurturing existing relationships while seeking and winning new business Managing top local key clients. Conducting reviews to identify opportunities and maximise revenue from each client Attracting new corporate travellers, negotiating client agreements, managing central key accounts locally and supporting client-specific B2B marketing activities Supporting the team in identifying new and existing leads, and liaising with decision makers Creating consistent structures & processes to align the local sales team with overall edyn structures, processes and business goals Ensuring databases and CRMs (Sales Hub and Envision) are kept up-to-date Staying in-the-know with edyn business developments across all locations Collaborating with the central sales and revenue teams and contributing to the commercial strategy, including property-specific requirements, competitor intelligence, revenue, budgeting and pricing About you; Minimum 5 years senior sales experience Experience managing high preforming sales teams Advanced commercial awareness Problem solving skills Confidence to act quickly and take smart risks based on insight Determination to deliver on targets Tenacious and supportive mindset Impeccable planning and organisation Strong communication skills Demonstrable understanding of edyn’s and Hyatt’s business and brands Hospitality sales and account management experience in Cambridge, along with a strong network A driving licence would be great, but it’s not essential Ability and willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland Why grow with Edyn?
